How to Place an Order on Tabakerya?
A simple, transparent, and secure process. From choosing products to picking up the package in just a few steps.
1. Choose Your Desired Products
Browse through categories or use the search bar. Add your products to the cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. You can place orders from multiple sellers at the same time.
2. Check Your Shopping Cart
In the listings, you'll see products grouped by sellers. Each seller has their own shipping cost. Check the quantities and prices before proceeding.
3. Fill in Shipping Details
Enter the exact delivery address and contact details. If you are a legal entity, check the PJ option and fill in your CUI for accurate invoicing.
4. Choose Cash on Delivery (COD)
Don't pay anything online! You will pay the order amount directly to the courier when you receive the package. We accept cash or POS card at the door.
5. Pick Up the Package and Inspect It
The courier will deliver it within 24-48 hours. You have the right to check the package's integrity before payment. After confirming the delivery, you can leave a review and earn loyalty points.
Important Information
- Minimum Age: To order tobacco or alcohol products, you must be at least 18 years old. The courier may request your ID upon delivery.
- Multiple Orders: If you have products from 2 different sellers, you will receive 2 separate packages and you will pay for shipping for each one individually.
- Cancel Order: You can cancel your order for free at any time before it is handed over to the courier, by contacting us via phone or email.
